KID'S PROGRAM

⛱️Summer Special Korean Classes for Kids

This summer 2024, the Seoul Global Youth Education Center is coming to Seorae Global to animate a language program in introductory Korean for children from the age of 8 to 13(natural age- born between 2011 to 2016). We are looking for children with very little to no experience in the Korean language. The children will be learning from the basic ㄱㄴㄷ, Korean alphabet and will be participating with activities related to language acquisition. Children registered in Korea as a foreign national or children from multicultural families are eligible to apply. Children of Korean ethnic background with a foreign passport are not eligible at this time. The application deadline is July 12th 6PM.

Date : July 29th ~ August 14th 2024 | Every Monday & Wednesday (6 sessions)

Time : 14:00~16:00

Location : Seorae Global Village Center (3F, 28, Seorae-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul)

Target Audience : Any child living in Seoul as a foreign resident, or from multicultural families, aged from 8 to 13 (born between 2011 to 2016)

Application Deadline : July 12th 6PM 2024

I am interested in teaching

The Seorae Global Village Center is part of a network of information and welcome centers for foreigners located in neighborhoods across Seoul where many foreign residents tend to reside. The opening of these centers was an initiative of the city of Seoul in 2008 with the mission to provide practical information about living in Korea so that foreign residents find the day-to-day management easy. Our primary role is to answer questions that pertain to daily life and to help manage situations where the language barrier becomes an issue.

You will find at the center Korean language programs as well as other cultural and artistic lessons to learn and appreciate the multiple facts of the Korean culture. We hope that this will help you create new encounters and discoveries.

(closed 12:00 - 13:00 lunch break)
