Korean Cooking Class (offline)🍴 Menu of this month : Bulgogi stew in a ttukbaegi (earthenware pot) + Steamed egg in a pot This hearty, delicious meaty dish called Ttukbaegi-bulgogi (뚝배기 불고기) is usually eaten during cold winter time but we wanted to show you the versatility of this earthenware pot in a Korean kitchen. Our chef Nancy will show you how to prepare this bulgogi stew version and also how to prepare a nutritious earthenware cooked rice with jujube, dates and ginkgo beans. In Korea, beef is usually cut according to popular local recipes. So for the bulgogi, you will find finally sliced beef at the store of you can have the butcher cut ‘bulgogi slices’. Color is also important in Korean cooking, so lots of vegetables will play a big part to please the eyes when you present it.
